Your Qualifications

- Experience working with sales teams and products with complex pricing models preferred
- Expertise in managing SaaS waterfall models, Available to Renew calculations, and/or sales commissions reporting and payout processes preferred
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

The Role
Opportunity SnapshotReporting remotely to the Director of Order to Cash and Pricing, as Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for all signings recording activities, analytics, Available to Renew calculations, and reporting activities. Additionally, you will handle sales commissions data management and adjustment entries as the primary performance achievement metric. Signing is the primary performance metric for the company.
Role Details
Because signings are our primary metric for performance, we rely heavily on insight into signings performance data. As the Signings and Commissions Analyst, you will provide performance data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, which is informed by your understanding of our customers, SaaS products and sales models. You'll do the majority of your work in our CRM software, Salesforce, but also leverage our ERP system, NetSuite.
Specifically, you will:
- Manage the new, expansion, and extension renewal signings, recording and reporting processes
- Provide customer-level insight to the Sales and Finance teams
- Hold functional responsibility for commissions planning, calculation, reporting, and accrual estimates
- Roll out and maintain automated recording and reporting for all data management under this role, and manage issues by exception; focus efforts on insights and trends
- Provide SaaS operational analytics to key business stakeholders
- Drive audit readiness and maintain a satisfactory control posture for all signings and commissions operations
- Leverage waterfall modules to understand signings and convert to revenue
